Shipping and Delivery Policy for Protein Magic Bars

Address Accuracy
For timely delivery, kindly provide accurate and complete shipping details, including suite, floor, and room numbers for commercial addresses. Please note that incomplete or inaccurate address information resulting in a returned order may incur a reshipping fee.

Order Processing and Tracking
Protein Magic Bars endeavors to dispatch orders by the following business day. However, during peak periods, dispatch times may be extended due to increased order volumes. Should your order experience delays due to backorders or repackaging, we will notify you via email. Upon shipment, you will receive an email containing tracking information titled "Your Protein Magic Bars Order is On Its Way."

Domestic Shipping Only
Currently, Protein Magic Bars exclusively ships within the United States.

Subscription Service
For our subscription customers, enjoy the convenience of monthly delivery of your selected Protein Magic Bars with a 10% discount. Subscription orders are automatically processed and shipped monthly.

Shipping Cost
Shipping costs are not included in the product price. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional charge, subject to availability.

Order Modifications
To modify, cancel, or add to your order, please contact us promptly via our customer service line or email. If your order has already been shipped, we will furnish a return shipping label upon delivery. Please note that return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund for courtesy returns.

Delivery Information
Orders typically ship within 2-5 business days following receipt. Should there be any delay (e.g., repackaging, backorders), you will be contacted within 24-72 business hours after placing your order with further details.

To initiate a return for your products, please contact us during our business hours upon receiving the product(s) to obtain a return shipping label. This label can be affixed to the original shipping container in which the unopened product was delivered. Once we receive the returned product in-house, your order will be credited, with the return-shipping cost deducted. Please ensure to contact us by 10:59 AM CST (for orders placed on or before 9:00 AM CST) or by 11:59 PM CST (for orders placed on or after 9:01 AM CST) on the same day of the order as per our cancellation policy timings.
