If you are a resident of the European Union, you have certain rights that may not apply to other users of our Websites and Services. When processing your Personal Data, we primarily process data as a controller, for the purposes explained above. These purposes represent our legitimate interests for the purposes of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. We do not presently collect most kinds of this information, other than health and gender. We consider that for some categories of persons, it would be appropriate to request and retain this information for preventive nutritional or health and wellness support.
