Return/Refund Policy: You have the option to return items according to the instructions provided in the Return Policy on the website under Terms and Conditions. Protein Magic Bar Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy:

At Wise Living Incorporation, we are dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction with all our products and services. Please refer below for detailed information regarding our return and refund policies.


Orders placed before 9:00 am CST can be canceled until 10:59 AM CST on the same day of the order; for orders placed after 9:01 AM CST, cancellations are accepted until 11:59 PM CST on the day of the order. Expedited orders are exempt from cancellation as they are considered final and cannot be altered.

To request a cancellation, you must contact us by 10:59 AM CST (for orders placed on or before 9:00 AM CST) or by 11:59 PM CST (for orders placed on or after 9:01 AM CST) on the same day the order was placed. Email us at with the Order Number in the Subject Line.

To cancel a subscription agreement (including subsequent orders), notify Wise Living Incorporation by 11:59 PM CST one day before your renewal/charge date; failure to do so will result in automatic processing and shipment of your order.

A $15 fee will be assessed if an order requires re-routing for any reason.


All sales beyond the allowed cancellation period are final. For food safety and customer protection reasons, Protein Magic Bars cannot be returned or exchanged once they leave our custody. However, customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we welcome your feedback for improvement.


In the case of product quality concerns or incorrect products shipped, our customer service team may provide a prepaid return label for quality analysis and potential refund or replacement. Variations in packaging do not qualify for refunds, replacements, or returns.


You may be eligible for a refund in cases of product quality concerns or medical adverse events related to the product that were not previously acknowledged. Our medical and nutrition team will assess the relevance of the event. In such instances, the following steps may be taken to determine relevance:

- We may connect you with our medical and nutrition team for further evaluation and data collection.

- We may request additional information regarding the adverse event.

- We may recommend discontinuation of the program and/or disposal of the item(s), with proof of destruction such as a photograph required when appropriate.

- A full refund may be issued. Please note: Refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days upon receipt of the product.

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

- Allergies to nuts, oats, sesame, celery/celeriac, or other ingredients in the product. Given our trust in your awareness regarding allergies, we assume that you are well-informed about any potential sensitivities to the ingredients found in the product.

- Lack of consultation from your healthcare provider if you have pre-existing conditions or are taking prescription medications (we may request proof of consultation).

- Suspected infections or risk of repetitive infections.

- Being underweight, pregnant, breastfeeding.

- Known, diagnosed, or suspected eating disorders or dietary restrictions.

- Age below 18 or over 70 without consultation from your healthcare provider (proof of consultation may be requested).

- Sensory or result dissatisfaction, adverse events unrelated to the product's medical aspect, or reactions common during fasting, such as fatigue, headache, dizziness, and difficulty with concentration.
